Maybe u should try to tell her with a firm tone of voice "NO" everytime she tries to bite u, my yorkie was like that when she was little, what i did was putting her on a tall table everytime i needed to brush her hair, n it worked perfectly for me, they tend to stay calm when they r in taller places like tables or chairs( just make sure u keep an eye on ur baby so she doesnt jump off the table) . good luck!
