Main difference in my opinion is quality of meat between the 2 companies. Primal sells human grade meat, I even received an email from them that states that human actually could consume their meat!! NV has been known to outsource some of their meat from China-which is something I am very scared of!!!! There have also been a recall on NV kibble, I know companies are not perfect, but Primal has not had any recalls on their meat (to my knowledge!!)
