I agree with the above. Clip the hair on her ears. Check the internet for really great ways to tape her ears..and start trying. You will find it is easy to tape the ears and will be surprised how quickly they stand. Just remember that it may take many many trys to get them to continually stand. Don't get in a rush. My little girl was 5 mo. before hers stood all the time (we started at 10 wks) I worked on a "Rescue Dog" who was about 1 yr old and ears had never stood. It took about a month and up they went. I have been told you want to start early and try to have them standing my 6 mo. for the easiest and best results because it gets harder for them to stand as they get older, but even then it is not impossible.
