Poor baby
I have not had Bitsy spayed yet so I can't offer any insight as to what might be wrong. If I were you I'd try and get a video with my phone if she were to do this again so I could show the vet. It might be of some help in determining what might be wrong. I'll say a prayer for you baby. Hope all goes well
