While most yorkie's do break color, not all do. Some can and do remain roughly the same color their entire lives. The cotton coated yorkies in particular sometimes keep their puppy colors, and your Diallo is a beautiful example of this. It's nothing to be worried about, though. He is completely normal and such a handsome boy!
