I just wanted to update everyone and let them know that I received my check from Pet Plan yesterday. The delay was due to my vet not faxing the entire medical records and once that was fixed my claim was paid. I am very happy with how the process went and I am glad I decided to purchase insurance for Tinkerbell. I can definitely give Pet Plan 5 stars for service as I have not had any problems with them.
