Princess was just spayed last week & came home shortly after. I was worried I would have to crate her, as she can be a wild thing, but she was so out of it from the meds, etc. that she was very mellow for about 5 days. her incision looks good, and i think it is more invasive for a female. I'd get the blood work done & pain meds for your peace of mind & your babies comfort.
