I would believe he is a yorkie . And with him being shaved down makes it harder to tell . A lot of his gold is gone around his face and legs, but that was probably because of the haircut. Once his hair grows in their will be no doubt.
I had my AKC shih tzu shaved down last week and now she looks like a maltese, LOL. She is pure white and has such a little face. Suzi has been shaved too, and she looked very simalar to your yorkie.
