U was paying around $170 a month almost 10 years ago. We had a pool and spa....and evidently a lot of evaporation. The Electric bills in the summer was a killer with 3 AC units. Guess I will just stay here, and someday rent a place in the winter. They also hit us bigtime for maintenance and clubhouse fees....
