I wear contacts too! Accuvue Oasys for me. I got glasses when I was 12 and started wearing contacts when I was 14, and that was 12 years ago. I've never had an issue with any contacts bothering my eyes so I guess I'm lucky!
I tried Clear Care with my last set of contacts, and I ended up going through two full bottles in about a month. My other solution lasts so much longer! But I did like how easy the Clear Care was, it took a lot less time to take out my contacts at night, and I never had to worry about putting them in inside out because they don't shift around in the case!
I had planned on having Lasik this year but it didn't work out. I'm hoping I might be able to do it next year. My prescription hadn't changed in a few years but I think my eyes might be getting worse now that I sit in front of a computer screen 9-12 hours a day, sometimes more.
My dad had Lasik about 3 years ago, and I know he doesn't wear glasses now but when I think about him I always imagine him wearing glasses lol! It's hard to shake the image I've had of him my whole life!
