Her mother or father should have been looking for a vet for the little one. It is a lot to put on a 12 year olds shoulders.

I agree she is young and cant do anything if her Mom wouldnt take the dog to the vet. She did show her Mom the posts so on her part she was doing what she could do. I understand everyone frustration with this situation though
