Well, I cannot say from experience that I know how to trim hair around the eyes. Wally is still so much of a puppy that he will not hold still! I take him to the groomer every few weeks to have his hair trimmed.
I know that my groomer uses special scissors, they are angeled and look similar to surgical scissors as opposed to regular scissors.
She generally trims the hair between the two eyes, on his nose, and above his eyelashes... she must pull the eyelashes down while the hair above stands upward and can be trimmed. I think, for me anyways, that this would require 2 people.
