Looks like a yorkie to me.
I think it is the ears and the cut that makes him look like he has a bit of Jack Russel in him. My Poppy's ears are the same way half up half down. And her face is the same shape when she is in the bath all wet
I think next time get the groomer to square his face off so he has a little beard instead of cutting it so short and he will look more yorkie.
