On their own bed for their own safety...but they occasionally sneak now.
I have two kennels in my room we no longer have to shut the doors an done bed under my bed, which is three feet off the ground...I also don't want to roll over squish, crush or push any of my furkids off their bed...
Scoobers does often end up sleeping on my son's bed instead of on his bed next to my son's he's naughty...he's also 21 lbs and my son's bed is low to the ground and Scoobers sleeps below where my son's feet kick...thankfully.
Princess Monster I often find in the morning (she sleeps in her box and then will sneak out) on my pillow next to the BF...she's naughty too.
Elvis occasionally with jump onto my bed and sleep under my chin...his arthritis often prevents him jumping up and I did not get him stairs or a ramp to discourage him his bed is under my bed on my side...I did have it next to but he would always go under the bed and next to his bed so I moved it under and he sleeps on it there. Although when he does get on my bed I put him down I freak when he super man flies off of it!
Editing thought: I have pondered an still am a raised playpen bassinet type infant co-sleeper for the dog son my side of the bed but for the most part they stay in their own beds....we'll see how it goes. As for now the baby expected in the next couple weeks will be in it first...
