I'm not a nutrition expert, so I cannot say whether or not egg is the best way to raise good cholesterol. However, I do know that some people feed scrambled eggs. Fried eggs do not sound like a good idea.
Did your vet suggest any diet changes or additions to solve the problem? I would do some more research and maybe consult a canine nutritionist for the best solution for your dog. (especially in regard to serving amounts)
