My 12.5 lb. male yorkie had pancreatitis 6-7 months ago. I was told by vet that he is now prone to it and not to feed him any fats. He was put on bland diet for awhile and quickly recovered.

Today, I had company over and while attending my company, he went on my outside dining table and ate 2-3 ounces of cubed cheddar cheese. He seems fine except he didnt' eat his dinner. He's drinking plenty of water and is quite active. I called Vet and the answering sevice spoke to him and they relayed to me that I should call an emergency number if I felt it necessary.. I know Riley shouldn't have any fat and I'm worred about all the fat in the cheese. He didn't eat his food tonight..
I'm just concerned.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. He ate the cheese about 4 hours ago.
