I have had a Beagle for 5 of his 7 years now. He is an awesome dog but gets very lonely. He is very gentle and sweet unless he is constantly pestered. Two days ago I went and got a 2 year old Yorkie from a soldier that was leaving and unable to care for his baby anymore. This was a Love at first Yorkie sight. I never knew how cute these little buggers are. Well, here is my issue, my beagle named Bosco, was very welcoming and intrigued by the little guy, until King, (my yorkie) decided to continuously hump bosco, over and over and over. They can't be together for more than three minutes without King trying to mount bosco. The issue is that bosco will put up with it for a long time and then all of a sudden he snaps and wiil pin King to the ground. King just shakes himself off and fearlessly comes back to hump him some more. Neither dog is neutered and one trainer suggested we neuter King to make him stop. They are both family members and so getting rid of one of them is NOT an option. Is there anyone that has any advice??? or knows if neutering the yorkie will change his personality?

I just don't know what to do and I am getting lost on how to proceed. If anyone, ANYONE, has ANY advice, please let me know... I am desperate!
