If it takes "not being very nice" to help you understand the gravity of the situation, then so be it.
If you are not playing games and this is truly happening to your dog, then you are putting your dog's life at risk. That is not very nice, either.
"So when I do, it is very important." If you believed that, then you would find an adult to get her to a vet. We can't fix things over the internet, no matter how "important" they are. Only a vet can help you.
You've been given the advice, over and over and over, and continue to scoff at it. I hope that you really don't have a dog and you are making all of this up.
