Your baby is sick and needs to be seen by a vet. You probably never have had experience with this, and you don't realize how quickly you can lose a small dog. She may have pancreatitis, but even if she doesn't, since she has vomited so much, she needs fluids under the skin or intraveneously. Drinking fluids or eating will probably make her vomit more until her stomach settles down. Dehydration is serious, and her electrolytes are probably very imbalanced. Our babies rely on us to take care of them and to protect them from harm. Your baby needs the medical expertise of a doctor. Once he rules out serious problems, the vet will be able to give your baby something to settle her stomach and replenish the fluids that she has lost. Since you are her mom, she needs you to take care of her and will feel better if you are there, but if you aren't available to take her, please ask someone else to do it for you. It is unbearable to cope with the loss of our babies, but I know if there was something I could have done to help my baby that I didn't do, I don't think I'd be able to live with myself. Please help your baby so that she can get better and have a full life.
