First, click on forums right under the cute little picture of Yoda at the very top of any screen.
Then, scroll down to just below the "Rest in Peace" section and you will see a blue area that says Regional sections and click on "southwest". It doesn't look like it's actually part of the message board, but it is.
I'm going to go start a thread there so you can see where it is.
