It is against AKC rules to color your dog. Unfortunately, it is being done.

Thank you for posting. I had also seen this during my internet searches.
Back to my original post about bath time, I wanted to say that since I've been grooming my girl every day, when we went to take a bath the other day, she was completely calm the entire time and stood for the most part instead of sitting. I must say, it is much each to bath a dog when they are cooperative. LOL
