it takes time for the puppy to get paper trained!
coco has her hits & misses.... but those misses are often my fault. i take her to pee and she doesn't for 10 mins then i take her out and play with her and 3 mins later she squats then i rush her to the pad.
it might also help if you try not to train too many things. right now coco's working on learning her name, paper training & leash walking this week.
