Yes he is. The woman I got him from told me he was. They told me he was a female. Since it was so long since I had a kitten I wasn't sure. I had to take him to the vet to find out for sure if he was a male or female. lol. Turns out he was a male. He came with ears filled with mites. Poor little guy. He's all better now and very loving and affectionate.
