My boys love this too. My father started it with Max when he was a pup. We tuck our heads and Max and Teddy dig their way underneath us and wrestle. They run in and out. Max turns over on his back and will use his feet and he nibbles gently on noses.
When we play chase with Max, he will have a bone in his mouth and I tell Teddy, "Get the Max!" Teddy charges Max and barks (he isn't very vocal in general, so it is very funny). Round and round the room they go.

Poor Teddy is never allowed to be "it."
