Default not happy with puppy behavior

Drake has been doing well with using pee pads or so I thought as they are always used, but I went to straighten his pen that has his bed in it and he has also been peeing inside it. There is no pad in there and it is never zipped shut so he can come and go from it. I have removed his bed and have the pen zipped shut til I can find a product to remove the pee smell from the fabric. He is so hyper and just totally ignores all command at the no word, this evening he was acting too wild so I went to put him back in his room so I would not trip over him while doing my stuff and he attempted to act semi aggressive towards me...I ended up holding him down on the floor til he calmed down. I am seriously considering taking him to some private training sessions. For now we will try the time outs in his room til he hopefully gets the hint. My last yorkie was female and a little older when I go her, she was in no way bullheaded like this little guy seems to be. He needs to have his eyes washed again and fighting with him is no easy task.
