Thats what they are offering me too- for a 32G wifi version- I have had mine since it was released- I really want to upgrade to the new one because I love that it has the camera for video chats- but I can't see spending another $600 without getting something out of the first one. I am just so leery of sending off this expensive item without having gotten the money first. Thanks for sharing your good experience!
