i just talked to the emergency animal hospital and they suggested i give her 1/1 mL of children's benadryl for 2-3 days, then follow up with the vet if no improvement. she said it is definitely an allergic reaction to something, though she doubts it's from the surgery, as it was so many days before the symptoms. i did give her different varieties of the cesar meals to entice her to eat so maybe that is the problem, too. i wish i could give her an oatmeal bath or something, but i know i still have to wait.
she is however, bouncing off the walls today, so it's not hindering her endless-energy AT ALL!! glad i cherished those few days of snuggling love & attention. lol.
