The town I live in now had a towing company called Shanks that would tow your car if you parked on the line.
We are a historic town that relies heavily on tourism, so people joked that our motto was, "Welcome to Fredericksburg, Shanks for coming." It got so bad that the town fathers were forced by an angry mob to disband the towing company and ease up on the parking.
