You most likely have a virus or rootkit running. Download, install & update a copy of malware bytes. The free version is fine. Let it remove anything it finds. Then grab a copy of TDSSKiller & run a scan for rootkits (hidden viruses sorta kinda). Let it remove anything it finds. After these, update your antivirus & run a full scan.
