I think you got it! LOL, generally here, for something as minor as rolling through a stop sign you will be let go with a warning. This officer ran her info, then came back to her and said....I see you have never had a ticket.....until now, then handed it to her. LOL. It hurt her pride more than anything. But, she is in a major college town, and I am guessing their revenue on tickets alone is in the millions of dollars, on campus especially they will ticket you for any tiny offense. $20.00 here and there adds up.
