The trick is to get him at the right time apparently . . .
He wouldn't ever let me get a puppy, but I think he might have a thing for older shelter dogs . . .besides this one was located right in our town which NEVER has small dogs . . .I'm always going to keep my eye out now, since it's been past practice that he agreed to Spencer . . .
