my first thought was that when wounds heal they often get itchy. does she lick/itch the incision or just all over? have you seen a flea or bug on her at all? i wouldn't worry about fleas if you aren't seeing anything on her. and mange is itchy, but you would start to notice sores and kind of a cruddy patch here and there. it's defin. a possible allergic reaction to something. any known food allergies, grass/weed allergies, what meds is she on??
defin. call the vet and see what they say. they may want to have another look at her too.
