This is not a good reason to encourage other people to do the same, or even suggest that with proper care, etc, everything will be fine.. You should still advise people to follow good guidelines -- 8 weeks is the very youngest - 10 to 12 weeks is much better. A little puppy deserves to be with its mother and litter mates until it is weaned, eating well, and gaining weight on his own. This is a joyful warm time and an important time for a puppies development.

I did not encourage anyone to get a young underweight puppy if you are referring to my post. ceeby was eight weeks and in very good health. That does not make my breeder bad. That is the very minumin she lets them go and if they aren't in great shape, well socialized and ready, she keeps them much longer. Seems like this is the second or third time you have referred to my posts. I know I was not the only one this time though. Maybe I am too senssitive but if I were to post something like this I would post the person's name instead of vaguely referring to their post.
