Has anyone used gazelle.com before?

I am looking to sell my IPAD because I want to upgrade to the new version.

I heard about this website where you send in your electronics and they send you a check in return- they are offering a really fair price for the ipad- however, I am concerned about sending off such an expensive item and then waiting on the money- the reviews online make it seem legit but I would love to hear firsthand experience?
