My daughter, 21, got her fist ticket today for rolling through a stop sign. She was so upset with herself. I had to laugh, because she called me and in a very somber voice said, guess what. I immediately assumed she was in an accident and my heart sank and started beating fast. She said she got her first ticket for rolling through a stop sign. In the realm of life, it wasn't "that" bad. Only $133.00. LOL. She didn't understand my relief or appreciate my giggles of joy that she's ok.
Do you remember your first ticket? I have only had 1, 25 years ago for speeding on my way home from college for the funeral of our local vet who I had once worked for. I will never forget it.
