Default Online Boutique

Sorry it is so long .... I hope I am posting this in the right section I am from the Cayman Islands, and due to lack of spay/neuter and owners confining their intact dogs we have a relatively high dog population. The Cayman Islands does wonder with adoption/foster and they offer low cost spay/neuter to help alleviate the problem but there is just too many dogs and too few people to adopt them. Unrelated to the Humane society the government has the"Pound" (our Islands animal control) which is high kill so dogs rarely get adopted. As a surprise gift (early birthday you could call it) my mom and my sister adopted a pit bull mix that I had my eye on but they had told me that he was unadoptable (Pitbulls are banned on the island and aren't supposed to be adopted out to the public once they are caught and aren't claimed.) Luckily my mom and sister told them that since we had a house in Florida he would be leaving the Island immediately and he has been with us ever since and his name is Chance (2 years in June). Last year we adopted an older (6-8yrs) Lab, names Cooper who was probably left behind by expats who had to leave the Island due to the rollover.

But we can't adopt all of them so.....I have come up with my own plan to try and help.
I am going to start a Online doggy Boutique (hopefully the name will be Give Them Wings Pet Boutique) in order to fund the rescue and transport (via airline Flight) these "Pound Puppies" if you will, to No kill shelters and rescue across the United States.

I just want some input/tips/suggestion from those of you who have started online store. Is there a special business license needed? Products to stay away from?

Any information is helpful!!
