Being frank is one thing, being rude and sarcastic is another. You can be blunt but still be nice. I, myself am not one to sugar coat things.
Telling someone to take her healthy, 4 week pregnant, bred by a yorkie, female in for an emergency spay, is totaly ridiculous. Just because this person is nnot an experienced breeder, does not mean that she is not capable of handling the situation.
Badgering an bullying is not very effective. Give the advise then let it go. If they take the advice, wonderful. If they don't, all the bullying in the world is not going to help. It is only going to run them off.
