The poor little thing is lonely and wants her mama. There are ways to deal with that.
You can put her crate next to you so that when she whines you can put your hand near her and comfort her.
You can put a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel for her to snuggle up to. And you can put a ticking clock near her so she hears a constant noise kinda like a heart beat.
They also have stuffed toys that actually have a recorded heartbeat in them.

I let my little ones sleep with me pretty early on too but Skeeter was put in a playpen next to my bed at night until he learned what a pee pad was for.
