Looks to me like you did everything you could. I would never take a pregnant dog to a puppy miller.

They saw your signs I am sure. The dog has truly been rescued by you. God bless you for that. Please make sure her pups go to homes where they will neuter or spay...(sounds like you already are planning on doing that.)
