We can get pure information and reading material about dogs anywhere - books, magazine articles, vet hand-outs and brochures, and on the internet. I think they come here for more than information - I think they are looking for advice and opinions. The more forceful comments I have seen were made by YT'ers trying to get the OP to take some meaningful, beneficial action for the dog in question or find out what is really behind the original post or in the OP's thinking. I sure hope YorkieTalk.com never changes this format.
