We brought Teddy into our family about four weeks ago. He does well about going potty outside when I take him, but inside he doesn't do very well with his potty pad. I use the word "potty" every time I take him outside, and when I direct him to his potty pad. He is pretty well crate trained, he has to be in the crate when I'm at work and he does not potty in the crate. I don't like to take him outside when it's raining or cold, and he seems kind of hit or miss on the whole potty pad thing. On really rainy days he has a lot of accidents on the floor. Any tips to help us out?
