When Maggie was spayed I used a preemie onesize on her-she was just under 4 lbs. The only problem with it was that she peed right thru it. lol.
One thing with anything on her belly/stitches, just make sure it doesn't rub against them as this can cause irritation or infection. Hope your baby feels better soon.

I soooo love the soft cone you made for my Pheebs last year! I got good use out of it and even was able to use it for my foster girl, Gracie (see avatar) after her spay last month. I only had to roll it down for her since she is 1/2 of Pheeb's chubby-chubs
