Well, I have soft fashionable cone collars available. I am in MD so it wouldn't take too long to get to you. You can click on the second have of the link in my signature and it will take you to the thread about my Kiss-E Cone collars. I do have a tiny size as well.

When Maggie was spayed I used a preemie onesize on her-she was just under 4 lbs. The only problem with it was that she peed right thru it. lol.

One thing with anything on her belly/stitches, just make sure it doesn't rub against them as this can cause irritation or infection. Hope your baby feels better soon.
