Aaah...the joys of owning a terrier
Many people forget that these cute lil hairy dogs are still terriers with all the terrier instincts.
My last yorkie at just 14 weeks old caught & shook a mole to death in my backyard.
It's my personal belief, that your dog has the right to be on your enclosed property whenever. Other people need to keep their critters off your property. The onus is on them, not you.
