Default Shaking Head

My little Josie has been doing the head shaking thing. I took her to the groomer today (who is in my vet's office) and for the vet to check out her ears. Vet tested her ears and said they can-not find anything wrong.

Does anyone have any idea of why she is doing this?

She did this when I first got her from the breeder @ 12 weeks old and vet said she had ear mites. We treated those. She is 14 months old now and just started this. I have looked myself in her ears since I knew what the ear mite junk looked like and did not see anything myself so I thought infection. Vet said no. And I do bath them and wipe their ears out in between grooming.
Could this just be a habit, ear tickling, or something else I should look for? Also I have notice her one ear felt warm and I told vet this morning that.
