I have my babies sitting here next to me, and all I can think is, "Oh, God, please keep them safe." I've not yet lost a dog, but I can imagine, and my heart is with you. I'm so sorry for your and bella's pain. I hope in time you both heal to a point where you (and Bella) can look back with nothing but smiles. My prayers are with you.
