What a special bond they had together. I'm praying for your family and Bella. When my cat passed last year, I let my pup smell her. I think she understood what happened. My friend is a vet and she came to my house. I was very fortunate that she passed in her own home. I guess time will be the healer. I have a little area where I have Tabitha's picture and collar. When I move the collar, that has her bell on it, Calleigh still starts looking for her. It is so sad. God Bless you in your time of sorrow.
