LOL I thought I had a boat load of cats but youve got me beat. Mine all came from 2 cats that got pregnant. One was a stray and I had no idea she was pregnant when I took her in. The other was ours and she just happen to get out when she was in heat. So 4 of mine were kittens. They are all spayed now so no more kittens thankfully. It is never a dull moment in my house with them though and I cant imagine 15. I hope you find a food that your dog likes and will eat
