Not sure about the fluid thing but I have had a cyst on an ovary before and it's definitely no laughing matter! I had to have a friend drive me to the dr. and then after he saw me he told me it was a cyst and "oh by the way... aren't you trying to get pregnant? well, now's the time.... the reason it's hurting so bad is because you're ovulating". His recommendation... go home and take advantage of the ovulating thing. Seriously?? I was in way too much pain for hanky panky!!
Needless to say we didn't get pregnant that month.
