Ellie's vet told me recently that Yorkies are the breed she sees the most for "not eating" "picky eating." Apparently Hills Science Diet T/D was tested on Yorkies because they are the pickiest dogs with the worst teeth.
If Chef Michaels is approved for the lifestages of your doggies, then it is okay to feed it. I'm not saying it's optimal, but there is no hurry to get them to eat something else as long as they do well on it.
For the puppy you aren't going to have much choice because of the hypoglycemia concern. The older ones can go awhile without food to see if they will take the kind that you want to feed. How long they can go would be your vet's call. With the adults, there is always a small chance of something going wrong when doing this (hypoglycemia, throwing up bile), but most vets would be just fine with just offering the owner's preferred food for a perios of time.
